Founder

Jay brings 20 years of professional experience spanning public and private sectors, B-to-B and B-to-C industries, studying topics ranging from healthcare to social media tools, and medical devices to mascara—and excels at making complex concepts understandable. He specializes in advanced analytics, conjoint studies and other quantitative methods that help his clients design more compelling and profitable product or service offerings with confidence.

Maureen Reynosa-Braak

Partner

Maureen brings 20 years of research consulting experience to her role. She started in advertising, building in-house research practices to guide creative strategy and execution, before venturing into the research vendor side. She has led countless custom qualitative and quantitative studies for clients across many industries and offers a unique balance between right and left brain thinking, integrating a creative perspective into research design and analysis, and finding meaningful data connections and insights that others might miss.
